Greetings!

It's been a hard few weeks. It's been an emotional and stressful time for me and I just need a break to clear my head. I was feeling very pressured on all sides about some issues in our life. It's deeply personal so I won't go into it here. I'm sorry for the hiatus but I'm back now and hopefully for good.

Things have been good otherwise.

Little One started walking on Dec 16, in his 12th month. My latest walker now! I don't mean he's walking everywhere, he has taken steps with some coaxing but now he's pushing off on his own and standing up on his own. It's really quite cute. I'm so happy to watch his wobbly attempts.

Mickey has been pretty good, nothing really new on his front. He's got somewhere between 70-80 signs now. He's still working with a speech person to get his sounds and he's got a lot of sounds, he just can't seem to put them together. But he's really good for the most part.

SmartGuy is goind okay. We are still dealing with some behaviour issues but we are working on it constantly and are seeking professional help of some sort. He's still into reading and loves writing me letters now.

Marcel and I have been good, besides dealing with the stress we've been dealing with, making some decisions and getting ready for Christmas. He's still busy out at the shop everyday making cabinets and doing snow when it snows.

Me. I'm good. I've been stressed and doing my usual self analysing because that's just what I do when I'm stressed, I need to know what I am doing wrong. It's seriously desturbing when you are in charge of other people's lifes and need to make decisions and know and think you are making good choices. I feel like we are on the right path and talking to the right people.
So we had an awesome Christmas. The kids had a really fun and busy day.

I got some great gifts this year, no books, why don't people buy me books, I tell you people know me, I'm a reader and no matter how busy or tired I am, I still want to read! Okay, I got some great knitting stuff and hopefully I'll be able to teach myself again how to knit, it's been far too many years since my nana and mom taught me and I've, frankly lost the art. Hubby bought me a great print by Natalie Parenteau that I wanted. it's so pretty. My parents, bless them got me a laptop. Which I'm typing on right this second. I'm very stoked.

We spent the day with my family, had brunch, a break and then turkey dinner. I have some major cleaning to do tomorrow and lunch up at my parents.
