I'm feeling the burn today. Okay not really but I am sore a bit. Yesterday I did pilates in the morning and at lunch I went to the gym for a 30 minute workout so that was 50 minutes of exercise yesterday. I felt great. I got 7427 steps in yesterday and by the evening I was quite sore and quite tired. I didn't think I was pushing myself too much. Today I'll stick to walking and then tomorrow I hope to get back to the gym and I'm going to continue with the pilates. I really missed those workouts.
I've been feeling a little stressed lately but not too bad, I'm really working on not letting things bother me. I've got to quit smoking again, I dont' know if I mentioned that I picked it up again weeks back but I feel the need to quit again. Stress and finding ways to relief stress are on my mind lately because I think it's probably my biggest weight gain factor. I never used to let stress bother me, I've always had a way of lettting things go but now it's different and I'm not sure why.
My weight has been yo-yoing lately and I guess I've been slacking in the eating department, eating more junk than I should and not doing anything about it. So today I'm back on track, sore body and all.
Breakfast was 1c. Fibre 1 Honey Clusters with 3/4 c. milk
Snack: I'm not too hungry but had a baby madarine orange or whatever they are called, my gave us some yesterday.
I had my doctor's appointment yesterday and all my blood work came back normal for the most part. All my organs are good, my sugar and my thyroid. My good cholestrol was a tad low and my bad cholestrol was a tad high, so I have to work on that. Also my red blood cells were small. Something we'll keep an eye on! But all is good.
