I've been meaning to post for awhile. I'll keep it short today and just talk about my weigh loss and I'm going to be updating over the next few day on my boys. It's been awhile since I've been blogging regularly, so I thought I would get back to it.
So back on May 11th I started calorie counting/keeping a journal, the first week I just wrote everything down and calculated to see where I was. The next week I worked on keeping the number low but now worry too much. Then the next week i made sure I kept the number down. So since I started the calorie counting I've come down 10lbs putting me at a total of 24lbs lost. I'm so happy. I'm starting to get the hang of it.
I've set new goals and I'm pretty happy with how things are going except for the exercising part.
Since Hubby started working at the beginning of May I haven't gotten to the gym. So I started back today and I hope to continue this throughout the summer. I'd also like to start my exercise routine at home again with my dvd's and wii fit. I did get my new AE Sports Active game last week but I haven't had the opportunity to play it.
I'm going to set up the extra wii that I won this spring in my room and hopefully that will work for my morning workouts, if my doors closed than the boys may not hear me.
