Personal life is just so messed up right now and I'm not exactly sure why. I shouldn't let other peoples decisions or thinking upset me and usually I don't but people I love are hurting and I'm really not in a position to be someones supportive right now mentally. I'm getting better but it's tough some days. Mentally I am getting stronger everyday and I'm happy most days now.
After my last 'therapy' session, I see a local counselor and talk and he asks me questions and I reach conclusions and it's really helped me a lot.
