Sleep and other issues.

My goal for this week is to get 8 hours of sleep every night. I seem to have a lot of sleep issues, one being that I don't sleep. I stay up too late reading or on the computer and then when I go to bed I just think. It can sometimes take me an hour and a half to fall asleep. So I'm going to be working on that for the next few weeks, it's a priority for me.

I also figure that I if I get better sleep, I'll be more willing to get up early in the morning for my exercise. Seems weird that once I started exercising again was when my body decided to change my schedule and make me sleep in everyday as opposed to my 6am wakings which just are not happening right now.

I'm not sure what to do about my workouts. I need to get a gym pass but just can't afford it right now. I have lots of resources at home in regards to equipment and dvd workouts. I like going to the gym as it's away from the house, I'm not waking up the kids, it's different and I usually go with a couple of friends now. Plus another girlfriend goes in a couple of evenings now, so I have options.

I'm just having a real hard time getting back on track right now, getting started has always been the hardest part but once I have momentum, I can really do well.
