31 Days- Day 20: Portion Control

One important ingredient in the weight loss journey is portion control. Measuring out your food helps you in the long run. Portion sizes have grown astronomically over the years and now we eat huge portions of food and it's normal.
I found a few lists on Google image search to give you an idea of the proper portions to eat.





Also using measuring cups and a kitchen scale helps to measure you food.
