I love getting to the checkout lane and seeing that I have mostly produce, dairy, meat and bread...and only a couple of items from the middle aisles of the store. I also SWEAR by my multivitamin/multimineral supplement. If I don't take it...I am dragging by the end of the day! Also, since vitamin B is water-soluble, your body excretes it throughout the day...so I take 1 around noon and 1 around 3pm just to make sure that I am getting a constant flow of vitamin B complex....keeps up my energy and improves my mood. Can't wait to see what other tips you have to share. I have been on a mission to create a safe home and a healthy family for the past year. We have made a lot of changes, but there is lots of room for improvement!
