Last night I went to my Circuit training. It was fun and I got a good workout. I'm really glad that I went and I'll keep going, 2 nights a week for 8 weeks.
What we did:
Bicep curls
Jumping rope
Rotator
Tricep extensions
Running
Bench press
Squats/ balance on a bosco ball
Sundog
Row with a band or leaning over
Hamstring curl with or without a ball
Plank
Shoulder press
Crunches
Agility run
I did have fun and can't wait to do it again. I believe this might get me back on track and thinking about exercising everyday again.
