Rough starts that will eventually smooth out. That's how I'm looking at it. Ive been at it one month and have lost 10lbs. That is way better than nothing. I'm very happy with that and I hope I will continue to lose this weight at this rate or a higher one. Once I step up the exercise.
I'm all about me right now, my committment to this journey is tenfold. I know I can do it and I will. I will work hard for this change.
We all know that change is hard, that it's a struggle sometimes but how will we know what's around the next corner if we don't make the change and take a chance. Then we know what we can accomplish. You can apply this way of thinking to making things, change in job, change in relationship, change is parental status and in weight loss.
I've been through many of these and they have been nothing but good for me, I have a secure job, a wonderful husband and a house full of laughter and little boys. Now it's time for me to change and I will do it!! I'm making a committment to myself to be healthier and more active and alive in everything I do.
