Well the weight went up. But I talked to my nurse first thing this morning and she said not to worry about it too much right now, to just take one day at a time,right now there's fluctuation. So I'm doing okay with it in my brain but it was at 317lb.
I did get up and do some pilates but I had stayed up late last night after the craft night party and watched the season finale of The Biggest Loser, so I was tired this morning and got out of bed late.
I plan on doing something tonight, treadmill, elliptical, something. I'm committing 30 minutes of my night to exercise. Though I do have laundry to do and packing to do.
I will be off until Saturday night or Sunday morning. We are going to the City and there will be lot' s of tempation there with McDonald's and A&W. The weather is cold enough that there is no snow forecasted, so Hubby is going to come with us for one night and then go back while we are there 2 nights.
So I'm going to be watching my soda intake because it seems to go up on road trips, I'm bringing water bottles.
Right now I'm focusing on limiting or avoiding junk food and treats I'll allow myself a treat on Christmas Day and New Year's day. I hope this will work. But I'm going to do it.
