It was a good day. All the present wrapping is done now. That was pretty much all I got done today, I'm not even sure where the day went. I did shopping in the morning and running around. Last minute kind of stuff. In the afternoon I did folded a lot of laundry and there is still more to it as well as wrapped gifts.
My dad went pretty well. I'm not really over eating but I'm snacking on bad stuff like chocolate right now. I'll have to change my way of thinking of that. I'm feeling good. My weight went down again to 314lb. So another pound down, that makes 11lb.
It's late and I'm ready for bed. I'm hoping that my days won't be totally enveloped by business.
