Attitude adjustments!

It's all about attitude and I have a bad attitude lately. I can't get out of this funk and I seem to every time I have a funk and write about it, I'm able to do something about it. Right now, let's see. I've quit smoking and put back on 8lbs and at least I'm maintaining. I'm going through a lot of emotional and stressful stuff in my personal life and it's getting better everyday. So I've only lost 31lbs instead of 40lb, and you know that's better than none. I can do this. I can keep going.

Life is so complicated sometimes but I know what I want, I know what I need and I need to focus on the positive. I have a job, a great paying job. I have a husband, we work on our marriage constantly to keep each other committed and together, it's hard work but it's worth it. I have great kids, challenging but so wonderful kids that I would do anything for. I have great friends and a family that I can go to for love and support, I have wonderful in-laws. I have my health and I have commitment and perseverance and I can do anything. So I will! I will get back on that journey and make my life the best that I can make it.
