Posing a new challenge to myself to eat right and exercise everyday for the next 3 weeks. In just over 3 weeks I'll be 35 and I want to get back to that place where I'm on my way to being in great shape. So starting today, it's water all the way and my coffee everyone once in awhile, I'll be counting calories and exercising everyday for at least 30 minutes. I know I can do this!
