I'm All About Goals

One thing I like to be is positive. I hate dwelling and feeling sad but I do it a lot and I don't know how to stop. But lately I do tend to stay in the doldrums too long so I'm making a turn around in all areas of my life. So I have some goals to set for the week.

Nutrition: More veggies in our menu. Plan menu.

Exercise: Back to Pilates baby!! And walking, walking, walking.

Relationships: Take 2 evening a week to reconnect after long parenting and busy days with my husband.

Parenthood: Get back to basics. Less movies and more reading time.

I'll think of others later.
