Today was a pretty good day.
Well except that I slept in. That doesn't happen very often and well it shouldn't have since I was late for work.
Pineapple Bliss Smoothie from Unconventional Kitchen was super yummy.
1c. water
1 c. coconut milk
1/2 c. apple
1 pear, I peeled mine
1 banana
I later had some yogurt and berries.
1 cup of coffee
I splurged at lunch since I was busy making my almond milk and a bottled a little kefir and made a new batch.
I had a organic peanut butter and banana sandwich. I haven't had one in forever and it was so good!
Afternoon snack was an apple and I drank lots of water today.
I had a granola bar and then we went out to start our running program. It went okay, the boys weren't into it but I think it'll get better. We were out for about 25 minutes. So not a bad start.
Homemade chicken soup for dinner.I had two bowlfuls but it wasn't too salty so I hope I don't retain any water.
I folded some laundry and tried to go to craft night but no one was around. Oh well. One of my feet is pretty sore from the run so I'm gong to do some of the stretches the trainer showed me.
Off to read and then meditate before bed.
