I have carbs one night and it throws me off my good eating plan. Today wasn't too to bad for having had chinese food last night, yes, I said, chinese food. It was so good though. Time to not dwell and move on.
Tonight we are going up to my Mom's for BBQ. I'll have to remember to have a big green salad too and limit the macaroni and potato salad, two of my favs. Be strong girl!
