I was very tired this morning, having too much fun and staying up late last night.
This morning my Honey made breakfast that I had to go of scrambled eggs and a couple of sausages. How could I say no to sausages.. Later I snuck (only because I hardly ever leave the place) out of the office at coffee break and grabbed skim latte and a muffin.
Meet the Hubs at home for lunch and we shared a kefir. I grabbed a turkey sandwich at the Bakery on the way to work and had this weeks cheat treat of a mud bar, probably not the healthiest treat to have but oh so yummy!
I've been sipping my warm water this after noon. My tummies not very happy with me right now for some reason, maybe the gin last night!
I have to run tonight. I'm kinda dreading it because the leg workout at aquafit yesterday left my legs sore today and then I did my 90 squats for the challenge today.
I need to start a new batch of kombucha, I let it ferment too much so it's pretty vinegary, so I'll add some juice and see if that makes it any better and if not I'm starting again. I've just been so busy lately and I'll be more on the ball next batch for bottling.
I also need to help the boys clean their room because we are doing a dump run this weekend, my porch is filling up!
Tonight I'm making clam chowder for dinner. I may or may not have a slice of bread with it. I found a bread recipe I'm going to try here at Weed'em and Reap
Well my later afternoon and evening did not go as planned. Ugh! Ugh! and Ugh!
Tummy issues have not gone away. Not sure why. Twisted my back wrong tonight so I'm sore going to bed now and didn't get much done around the house but had some great quality time with the boys reading and playing 20 questions. I love them so..
