New challenge starts today. A 10,000 steps a day challenge. It's for one month and I have my pedometer strapped to my hip. I'm kind of excited to be doing this challenge. I've done my steps off and on for awhile now. I do like that challenge part of it.
I went to a weight lifting workshop and it was part of a healthy options workshop that was today, I did go to that as well and really they didnt' tell me anything that I did not know already informationwise. I know all the basics in fitness, weighloss and nutrition. I know I'm on the right track and it was just good to have this booster. A reminder of what I am working and what I'm working for, my goals.
