It's been awhile since I posted but things are going good on this end. I've lost a few pounds just watching what I'm eating and I'm hoping to get a better schedule going to get more movement in. I want to walk and find I just don't have time or I'm too tired after work and caring for my 3 growing boys. I'm just hoping for more energy and time and sleep and looking at ways to accommodate all of that into one.
I've had a lot of stress lately but things are starting to settle down in that department again, i just can't believe how things can affect our lives. But I'm done with that for now just concentrating on getting healthy again, caring for my little, growing up family and work. Oh and volunteering, I'm taking it slow getting back to the volunteering and trying not to spread myself too thin. Right now it's a meeting every two weeks but it may get to be more as time goes on. We shall see.
