Water is a very important ingredient in your journey. It's important to stay hydrated especially if you are working out.
I was never a big water drinker until I started this journey the first time, in all my research finding out how important water is for our bodies. Water is important and it helps us function.
Some people don't like plain water, I'm not sure why but if you don't you can try adding lemon to your water or crushed ice. Anything that will get you drinking more water.
So drink up!
