31 Days - Day 12 Take a Break

It's always good to have a rest day and give your body a break from all that activity you are doing plus you don't want to burn yourself out.

You can still go for a walk or do something less strenuous such as yoga, but relax and enjoy the day. Don't go overboard and starting eating too much.

Go get a massage, sit and read a book, take a nap or do your favorite hobby. Give yourself a pat on the back from all that hard work you are doing.
