It's hard work, this whole journey is hard work. Usually we have to give stuff up, the bad for our bodies stuff that is what we use or love to use.
Things such as cigarettes, bad sleeping patterns, pop and many other vices that we have. I have a few.
Giving them up takes a lot of patience and practice. Make a plan, write down the things you would like to change in your journal and check back on them frequently and see where your progress is.
Enlist help, some things we need help with, maybe the doctor or someone to talk to. This whole journey can not be done alone.
Don't beat yourself up if you have slip ups, just give yourself some credit, take it for what it is, a slip up and get back on track and continue on.
