In an attempt at self recovery from whatever it is that is ailing me I have done the following:
Gone to bed and been a sleep by 11pm the last two nights.
Enjoyed a good book, The Other Boleyn Girl.
Gone to Craft night.
Gone to the bar after craft night and had two ciders with two friends, to chitchat and relax.
Created a Facebook group for Not Just Cheesecake, my recipe and cooking blog.
Enjoyed my family, cuddled and told them have much I love them and how great they are.
Tried no to stress about my messy house.
Dh and SmartGuy tidied up the living area without prompting from me.
Thought about what I'm to write about next, my fiction stories.
Decided to take next week off of work and get all the stuff done that I need done while the kids are at daycare and school. My boss said okay, so I'll be off next week and that takes a whole load of stress off my shoulders because I know that I can do something about it now.
Walked everyday.
Chewed Gum and bought Rocky Road Icecream (still haven't had any yet though).
