Wow! 25 days at this. I'm made some big steps forward and some tiny steps back but I'm still working at it. Yesterday was tiny steps back in the eating as I couldn't resist goodies, it's my own fault I found some peanut brittle up on my cupboard that I bought at the Mini Bizarre and I brought it to work in the after noon. Lunch was chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. I ate half the bag of brittle, it was so good. This is my biggest feat to overcome, enjoying good foods in moderation. I always seem to want that taste to linger on.
I had a diet cola when I got home and I made caribou cut up into little pieces with mushrooms and onions and rice with some soya sauce. After dinner I had a real fruit Popsicle and for some reason I had an second helping of rice and caribou. I'm not beating myself up over it AF did show up yesterday! What can I do but have a better day today.
I woke up this morning and my weight was 316lb, so I went down another pound. I'm down 9 lbs again and I hope to keep this up. We didn't really have breakfast this morning because I had planned on going to the store and pick up muffins for the kids but that didn't work out. My van while it started, couldn't be driven, it wouldn't steer. I have a leak in my power steering fluid line. So I called my mom and while we waited I gave each of the boys a nutrigrain bar, very nutritious I know. I had one as well and I'm not that fond of them.
So mom showed up and she did take us to the store. We each got something, I did my usual egg with ham and cheese on a english muffin. Two of the boys got that as well and the other got a muffin. They got yops and some raspberries.
I had my egg muffin and some raspberries and a green tea this morning. I just had lunch with one of my best friends. It was nice to visit with her. For lunch I had the special salad and shepard's pie. It was very good. In a weak moment I bought a pecan butter tart but I'm better now. Oh and I had a pineapple/cranberry/ginger ale concoction for my drink it was tasty. I did walk from work to the restaurant and back.
I have another errand to do and I'll walk to that as well. It's not like I have a choice my van is in the shop. So......
WTG on the 9 lbs!!!! Keep it up! :o)
I've found that right before AF I seem to eat more. I guess it's my body getting ready for it.
I have toask. I've been trying to figure it out but I can't, what is AF?
Aunt Flow, I was trying to think of a polite way to put it. Sorry TMI (too much information).
Oh that's so funny!! I figured it was something like that but for the life of me could not figure out what!!!
