I wonder if there are different types of weightloss. I ask this because sometimes I feel like a fraud. I`m not exercising everyday and I`m not eating right all the time and I feel like my progress is so slow. Maybe I`m not there yet and maybe this is such a slow transition for me.
My plan for the day is to be more active and drink more water and eat more fruits and veggies. I`ve had more than a few really bad days the last week. I`ve even had a few cigarettes, so last night while I was having a major craving, instead of rushing out to buy some or find one, I cleaned the playroom and hall in front so I could get more organized today. More my exercise equipment back in place and start using them again today. Since I have one more week off work, I`m going to make the most out of it and get the kids outside and exercise everyday. Sledding hill here we come.
