Well my week hasn't been going so great. I was sick for two days and managed to get to work on Wednesday but I still have a lingering cough and it hurts, my chest and head ache from the coughing. I'll survive though. I'm getting mobile again, i have been pretty tired but getting a good nights sleep for the most part.
This morning I finally managed to get up and I did the Wii Fit yoga, I think i have about 9 moves opened at this point. It had been 6 days since I was last on it and it really tells you to come back every day.
I'm still tracking my steps and watching what I eat and I'm seeing the number go down. This is the last week for The Biggest Loser challenge that I'm in and the last weigh in is on Sunday, so far I've lost 11 lb since I started back in January, that's not bad as far as I'm concerned. I'm hoping they'll do another challenge and I'm signed up for another step challenge next month.
I missed the gym both days this week. I had a meeting today so I couldn't' go. I'd really like to find the time to do some of these workouts at home. It seems every time I wake up early now the boys are up with me. I'm wondering if they are going to bed too early.
