Well, it's the end of the month. I've been sick again, if you can belive it. A darn cold that had me feeling achey for a few days and now a cough that won't go away. Everynight I have a tickle in my throat that won't go away and it affects my sleep. the last several nights it's been hard to get my full 8 hours. It really does affect everything in my life when I feel like crap.
I'm slowly getting back to my routine of early rising and exercising. I managed to get to the gym today and did my weights, it worked up a good sweat too! I haven't benn walking as much as I should and I'd really like to get the numbers up on pedometer.
The end the of the month brings an end to 3 of my challenges I've been doing. The have walked a lot and lost 11 lbs since I started the two on my support board. I've exercised and ate my fruits and veggies for another challenge.
I'm feeling kind of lost as what to do for the month of April because I want to continue my momentum. I'll be in another pedometer/walking challenge so that is good for me. Even though I've been feeling like crap I will continue to work at this day by day.
Spring is finally upon us and we are getting lots of daylight and the weather it turning warmer. We've been outside a lot and it feels very good. I love the Yukon in the spring!
