Yesterday was a great eating day but saw no movement in the scale this morning. I know it'll take a big to get back on track. Now I have got to get back to my exercise routine. I've been so tired all the time and it's because I'm not exercising and I know it, I feel the aches in my body and it's because I'm not exercising. I know I just have to do it and work up that sweat. Soon, soon. Tonight, in the morning but it will be done.
