My favorite elliptical at the gym is broken and when I finally went back last week, it was gone!! I had to use one of the other ones. I wasn't even on it that long and my knees have been killing me ever since. So I'll have to stick to my one at home I guess and just warm up on a bike at the gym before doing weights.
Thursday Mickey came home with a stomach bug and then it swept through the house like the plague. I got sick early Monday morning and I'm still not feeling 100% but I think the worst of it is behind us.
There is an upside to me being sick! I love 8lbs, a combinations of the sickness plus not being able to eat helped! Now to just keep down. Tonight we are having left over spaghetti squash, I'm not sure how that is going to work out. Stir fry with spinach, onions, mushrooms and peppers and I'm not sure what else.
So that's my tiny update for today.
