31 Days - Day 10–Resources

For me I like to think outside the box, I don’t take one plan or one way of thinking. I’m the kind of person who looks at all the angles and works through things on my own. I take my information and knowledge from different places, books, websites, magazines, informational shows, tv shows, talk shows, other people and news papers. You know, I’m a gatherer. So I’m going to give you a list of websites, magazines and books that I read to help my on my weight loss journey. Be open minded and investigate further if you are unsure about something.
I will tell you that I don’t take all philosophy's to heart, I take pieces of different plans and use what works for me. I just use them as resources. This is just a short list for now.
