31 Days - Day 11: Push it!

For me the hardest part of starting a routine and sticking to it, is the start! Making myself get up and go to the gym is so hard. Then to get there and be tired and workout! It only lasts a few minutes. Once you get the blood pumping, you feel so good!

Always remember that. It's something I forget. So get out there and push it!
