So far so good.
My main objective to joining the 31 Days of blogging was to get me back on track. I've been struggling for over a year trying to get back to it. It's not easy.
Right now I feel like I'm in a good frame of mind. I'm taking all of the things I've talked about so far and I'm making improvements everyday. I still haven't picked my own plan precisely but I figure I'm a work in progress and I'll keep continuing to improve.
I have exercised every week, I've upped my water intake, started watching my diet and feeling great! I'll try to remember to do some progress measurements and pictures later on in the month.
