When we have negative thoughts they change our thinking. If we view ourselves in a negative way, talk about ourselves in a negative way it has a deep impact on our psyche.
We must first love ourselves to do a program and make it stick because we are worth it. Find a mantra to repeat to yourself. I'll share mine.
"I'm a good person and I deserve to happy and healthy." I repeat this to myself before I go to sleep.
If we can accept that we aren't perfect and can then love ourselves we work harder for something that we really want, for what we deserve the most. A happy and healthy life.
