31 Days - Day 26 Magazines

There a few magazines that I like to read on health and fitness.

If they have a website I will post a link.
I've picked up Cleaning Eating, Prevention, Weight Watchers, Yoga Journal, Shape, Fitness, Cooking Light, Eating Well, Whole Living and Women's Running magazines in the past. They are a great resources for recipes, fitness routines and workouts, new information on scientific news about health and are loaded with all kinds of information and tips on how to do this lifelong change and journey to a healthier lifestyle.
