What my week looks like.
Food journaling everyday.
Mon, Wed, Friday - Yoga or Pilates
Tues & Thurs - Strength training at the gym
Walking at least 5 days a week.
Now on the weekends I'm always doing housework or taking the boys out to do something or I'm up at my Mom's helping her around the house. So I'm always moving except when I'm checking my blogs. I don't watch a lot of TV unless I'm sewing something.
I get out of the house weekly, one night to go crafting and usually another night with my girls for a drink or two, so relax, talk, unwind. These are all things that help me.
I'm working on getting 8 hours of sleep a night. I'm doing pretty good at it except my schedule is so early, I'm in bed early and up super early. I'm also working on meditation, this is the hardest part of me.
So I've been doing good, no real loses in the weight department since my schedule is so up and down but I'm working on it and I feel changes in my body getting stronger again.
