End of a long weekend...

I'm so glad the day is done, the weekend is done. It's been crzy busy for me and I haven't stayed on plan at all. I'm okay with that, it's one day at a time, one day at a time.

Tomorrow is another day. I have an appointment first thing with my doctor for a full physical and I'll get my test results back.

My weight isn't bugging me so much these days, it's making the change or sticking to it. I'm not as worried but still concerned. I'm not sure how to explain it, maybe I"m accepting and forgiving myself and moving forward. To move forward though is so tough and complicated but looking forward to making the changes permanently.

So today was Buddy's 4th Birthday. He's grown so much and developed so much over the last 4 years, it's uncanny. My middle son is my most fun kid. He's got this really great personality, he's fun and laid back. He loves to laugh and and explore and just be with his family. Buddy is the most loving boy. He's always joking around and make up silly sayings. He's sure come a long way in the last 15 months considering he could barely speak then and barely a year from now he will be starting Kindergarten and I'm not looking forward to it. My boys are just growing up to quickly.
