It doesn't take long to get hooked on that feeling. I've been feeling stronger every day, lighter because of it. Getting that high feeling of "I can do anything!" I really love that feeling. Exercise is fun and it makes me feel good about my body and myself. My knees hurt less and I can do more.
So today I"m down a total of 20lb from my start day in November. It's been a long road but I feel I'm in a better place than I was back in November both mentally and physically. It's not been easy and I don't expect it will get easier still I work. Maybe not as hard as I should be enough for now. I still have my eating setbacks but one day it will just click for me.
For now I push forward knowing in my mind that it can be done, that I'm proving that right now by doing it. It's a challenge this lifestyle change, it certainly doesn't happen overnight but it will come, that I am sure!
