Do I have that right?
No change in my weight from yesterday from yesterday. I'm really trying with the food the last two days but things just happen and ya go with the flow. I'm tired today and I shouldn't be, I went to bed at 9 o'clock last night.
We did have the chicken dinner last night. Today I didn't eat until 9:30 because I was fasting for my blood work. I had 2 egg w/ ham and cheese on english muffin, a banan and yop. A hot chocolate later. For lunch I had 2 eggos w/ light syrup and an 2 egg omelte with spinach/mushroom/red pepper/cheese. I had an apple and hot chocolate this afternoon. I'm not donig good with my food choices and I'm not sure how to change that.
I'm meeting with the nurse from the weight clinic this week and I have my complete physical next Monday.
I have some sausages in the crockpot for dinner and I'm not sure what to make with it. I was thinking perogies but maybe I'll have a salad.
I'm dreading the weekend as I have to make a cake for Buddy's birthday on Sunday and cake is my total weakness. I will have to work on this a lot and restrain myself a whole heap! Till later.
I know it's hard to stay motivated when you're not seeing the results you want as quickly as you want. Are you doing any workouts (pilates or yoga or anything)?
