Something is still not working, if I'm getting sick so often. I have to reevaluate the progress I have made and make some more changes for a healthier me and this month gave me a good start and foundation to continue on and improve.
One last thing when you are sick, they say you can still exercise if you have a head cold but not a body cold. I think though that if you are sick just take a rest and get your body better whether head or body.
