So my coach introduced me to Mind Valley, it is a really neat company and it's so positive, I love it.
You should look it up. Meditation and other things. I'm following them on Youtube, facebook and downloaded their free audio for meditation. It works wonders.
So one of the things it does is ask us 3 things.

All of my answers revolved around my family and friends and they really put into perspective the things my husband and I want for our future. I'm excited and hopeful for that future. It's been a long time coming and I'm so happy about it. It makes me smile!
I forgot to mentions that this weeks goals are to focus on meditation and yoga.
Another goalish thing I want to do with the boys is start a Couch 2 5k program. Starting tomorrow. So excited!
